Are you a manufacturer or trading platform?+
Refractory China is positioned as an export inquiry and technical coordination platform connected to Chinese refractory manufacturing capability. The exact manufacturing and contracting entity will be confirmed with each proposal.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
MOQ depends on material, shape, production route and packing. Standard products and special shapes have different practical batch requirements.
Can I request samples?+
Sample availability, size, cost, freight and test purpose must be reviewed for the specific product.
Technical
Can you recommend an equivalent grade?+
A comparison can be prepared from the current datasheet, standard, test methods, application and critical acceptance values. Equivalence should not be assumed from chemistry alone.
Do you provide installation service?+
Installation guidance or service availability depends on project location, scope, timing and the agreed commercial arrangement.
Which standards can be used?+
Chinese, ASTM, ISO, EN or buyer-specific methods may be considered where applicable. The exact standard and test method must be stated in the order specification.
Export & delivery
What should an RFQ include?+
Provide product or application, grade, dimensions, quantity, drawings, tests, packing, destination and requested delivery date.
Which export documents are available?+
Commercial and logistics documents are confirmed by destination, Incoterm and contract. Product or inspection documents depend on the agreed scope.
Can you arrange sea freight?+
Delivery options can be quoted after the destination, Incoterm, cargo profile and schedule are known.
