When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, company, contact details, location, equipment information, specifications, drawings and commercial requirements.

How it is used

We use inquiry information to understand the requested refractory materials or technical scope, communicate with you, prepare a commercial response and coordinate with relevant manufacturing or technical parties where needed for the request.

Website RFQ form

The RFQ form securely transmits the details and files you choose to provide to our export inbox through a transactional email delivery provider. The provider processes this information only to deliver the inquiry. You can use direct email or WhatsApp instead.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with relevant technical, manufacturing, inspection or logistics parties only when reasonably needed to review or fulfill the inquiry. Retention depends on the business discussion, contractual requirements and applicable law.

Your choice

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information that we control, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Contact sales@refractorychina.com.
