Usually not. The dominant temperature, chemistry, coating and mechanical conditions change along the kiln.
What information helps diagnose early failure?+
Share the exact zone, remaining thickness, shell temperatures, coating history, chemistry, installation records and photographs of the wear pattern.
Can castables be included for the hood and cooler?+
Yes. Installation method, anchors, abrasion, impact, thickness, curing and dry-out window should be defined.
