Can one castable be used throughout an incinerator?+

Usually not. Temperature, ash, gas chemistry, abrasion and access change by zone.

What feed information is needed?+

Describe the waste stream, variability, ash and salt content, operating and upset temperatures, fuel, atmosphere and known deposits.

How should urgent repair materials be selected?+

Access, substrate condition, remaining lining, setting time, curing, dry-out and the safe restart window must all be reviewed.
